Pedroso GmbH - Investment & Consulting is an internationally orientated company based close to Munich, Germany. With expertise in the product areas Automotive Aftermarket, Telehealth & Care, IoT, Smart Home Security and Building Technologies, we strive for strategic investments within these segments, offering added value regarding management support and implementing meaningful optimized processes. International sales and marketing know-how in retail, eCommerce, traditional trade and public tenders assure growth to our investments and partners. Additionally we offer M&A, strategy and operations consulting for companies, who are active in these mentioned fields. We help our customers to improve their performance, primarily through the analysis of existing challenges in sourcing, production, IT, sales, marketing and we set a focus on an implementation of a digitalization strategy. Our regional customers focus is Germany, South/Western Europe and Latin-America.

Manuel Paul, founder of Pedroso GmbH: "I started my first company at the age of 29. Till today, I have founded 4 companies in 3 different countries. Additionally, my career at Robert Bosch GmbH in several management positions and different business areas has given me a wide mix of process and product expertise in Automotive, Powertools, Security Systems and Tele-Healthcare. With the name "Pedroso", I want to express that despite a stony path, we always reach out for ambitious targets.

Our investment strategy combines both, start-up stakes and long-term investment horizon with sustainable measures. The focus is on businesses based in Western Europe, with typical investments either being start-up/seed rounds, corporate carve-outs /spin-offs or buy & build investments.
